- Okra (1 LB)
- Kale (1 cup)
- White onion (one medium, sliced)
- sun-dried tomatoes (1/8-1/4 cup diced)
- one red bell pepper
- zest of one lemon
- olive oil/grapeseed or coconut oil (about 1 TB)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño
- cumin 1/4 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté all vegetables until thoroughly warmed.
